Returns and Refunds


Return Policy

  • Any product/item purchased from the website is returnable within the return window, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable.
  • A return policy shall be processed only if, we determine;
    • Product was not damaged in your possession
    • Product is not different from what we shipped to you
    • you return the product in its original condition i.e. manufacturer’s box/packing, MRP tag, user instruction, warranty card and all the accessories therein.
    • Those products labelled as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.
    • Products may not be eligible to return where buyer has ordered incorrectly/inadvertently.
    • Your address and the product (that you wish to return) must be eligible for return.
    • If the product return is not eligible for Pickup, a Self- Return Option must have to be obtained.
    • The pick-up address cannot be changed if the new address is not serviceable.
    • Generally you have to return the product within 15-30 days as per specification provided in the particular product.
    • No return is acceptable after the time period mentioned in the seller's Returns Policy.
    • Any freebie provided at the time of selling the product has to be returned alongwith the product.
    • Once the return is received, you will in accordance with Refund Policy, be issued a refund to your original payment method.
    • Product is returnable if you’ve received them in a condition that is-
      • Physically damaged
      • Defective
      • Different from its description on the product shown on the webpage.
      • Found package damaged or tampered at the time of delivery
      • Return Process-
        • Login to the website
        • Go to “Your Orders”
        • Choose the product you want to return
        • Specify the reason of return from menu
        • The above process is applicable only if the product is returnable and return window is still active.
        • Once you raise a request to return, you will get an email and SMS confirming that your request is being processed. Based on the item, your request may be automatically approved or you may be contacted for more details. If the request is approved, the item will be picked up after which you will get a replacement or refund.
        • You can also track the status of your return request instantly from the 'My Orders' section of your account on our Website.

In case the product was not delivered and you received a delivery confirmation through email/SMS, report the matter within 7 days from the date of delivery confirmation message or mail you have received, for the seller to investigate.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are given when:
  • -  replacement is not possible due to availability of product etc 
    -  on select categories under certain conditions

     

    • You will generally get a full refund for items returned on time and in their original condition.
    • You generally have to return an item within 15 days of purchase.
    • In case of any damage to a product at the Seller’s end, you are entitled to get the full refund.
    • The different refund modes available are:

                  1. PhonePe Wallet - You will get this option for eligible orders during cancellation

                  2.  NEFT transfer – This option is available for all Cash-on-Delivery orders. As per refund policy, cash refunds are not possible.

                  3.  You can update the details of the bank account where you would like to receive the refund while creating the return request for an item.
