POLICY FOR HEALING HOME WELLNESS

SHIPPING POLICY

1. All orders within India are eligible for Cash on Delivery (COD.
2. No additional shipping fees are incurred because we offer free delivery on all domestic orders placed within India.
3. Your items will usually be shipped out in 2-3 working days. You will receive tracking information through email and SMS once your product has been dispatched.

RETURN POLICY

1. We provide a 2 day no-questions-asked return period that is quite liberal. We will accept your item back if you are unsatisfied with it for any reason.
2. The product will be picked up from your house by a courier that we will arrange. Occasionally, if our courier is unable to pick up from your address, the client will be responsible for transporting the items to our warehouse.
3. Refunds are processed as store credit which can be used for future purchases. The shop credit is redeemable for one full year. The shop credit will expire and cannot be renewed if not brought under use within a year.
4. The whole product price that the consumer has paid will be given as store credit.
5. Cash-on-delivery(COD) transactions won't be eligible for a refund.
6. The processing of store credit will take 3-5 business days once the goods is returned to our warehouse.
